Iranˈs New Envoy Submits Credentials To Belarus President

Moscow, April 17, IRNA – Iranian new plenipotentiary and extraordinary Ambassador to Belarus Mohammad Reza Sabouri submitted his credentials to President Alexander Lukashenka on Tuesday.
According to the report of Iranˈs embassy in Minsk, Lukashenko expressed his countryˈs desire for execution of all joint investment projects with Iran.
Lukashenko said that the two countries have close and similar stances on many international and regional issues, adding that cooperation between Iran and Belarus has a peaceful nature and does not aim against any country or any special block.
He called for increase in relations level with Iran.
Iran and Belarus have extensive ties and are cooperating in different fields such as economics and commerce, investment and energy.
Confrontation with the west colonialism and expansionist policies has created an appropriate ground for expansion of bilateral cooperation and heads of both countries have underlined development of ties./end
