Lebanese Prime Minister receives Bahraini Ambassador

Beirut, July 3 (BNA): His Excellency Dr. Nawaf Salam, Prime Minister of the Republic of Lebanon, received Waheed Mubarak Sayyar, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Republic of Lebanon and resident in Damascus, at the Grand Serail.

Ambassador Sayyar conveyed the greetings of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, along with His Royal Highness’s best wishes to the Lebanese Prime Minister for abundant health and wellbeing, and to Lebanon and its people for further progress and prosperity.

He reiterated Bahrain’s commitment to strengthening ties and advancing relations in support of the shared interests of both countries and peoples.

The Lebanese Prime Minister relayed his greetings and appreciation to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, wishing him abundant health. He also wished the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and development, and continued advancement in bilateral relations.

He highlighted the strength of Bahraini-Lebanese ties and the importance of expanding cooperation, and wished the ambassador success in his duties in support of both countries’ aspirations.
