Two Holy Mosques Authority Provides Around-the-Clock Services to Grand Mosque Visitors

Makkah, August 06, 2025, SPA -- The Guest Care Center, an arm of the General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, is providing 24-hour services to visitors of the Grand Mosque.
The authority said the center’s offerings include receiving lost women and children, baggage storage, lost-and-found assistance, services and priority access for people with disabilities, and support and guidance for female visitors. These services aim to raise the quality of assistance provided to visitors and enrich their overall experience.
The center is the product of cooperation with several service partners at the Grand Mosque and represents a qualitative step toward delivering an integrated experience for visitors in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
