Imam Of Masjid An-Nabawi Praises Discipline Of Malaysian Haj Pilgrims
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 7 (Bernama) -- Imam of Masjid an-Nabawi, Shaikh Dr Salah bin Muhammad Al-Budair, expressed his appreciation for Malaysian pilgrims, describing them as courteous, well-mannered and highly disciplined in adhering to the regulations set by the Saudi Arabian government throughout the haj season.
This was conveyed by Malaysia’s Deputy Prime Minister Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi following a courtesy call by Shaikh Dr Salah on him at the World Trade Centre (WTC) Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.
Ahmad Zahid said that during the meaningful meeting, Shaikh Dr Salah also praised Malaysia’s consistent stance in upholding the teachings of the Ahli Sunnah wal Jamaah, which forms the foundation of stability and harmony among Muslims in the country.
“I pray that Allah continues to bless the da’wah efforts of His Eminence Shaikh Dr Salah and grant him the strength to continue spreading the light of knowledge to the ummah, Insya-Allah,” he said in a Facebook post.
