Diriyah Company Announces Sales Launch of Aman Residences, Amansamar in Wadi Safar

Diriyah, August 18, 2025, SPA -- Diriyah Company announced the sales launch of Aman Residences, Amansamar in Wadi Safar, adding to the company's portfolio of branded residential opportunities.
According to a press release issued by the Diriyah Company today, the launch unveiled a collection of villas with varied designs, developed as part of the integrated Amansamar community within the Wadi Safar master plan.
Set on plots of various sizes, the villas offer a high level of privacy and access to amenities including a golf course, the Royal Diriyah Equestrian and Polo Club, health facilities, a Racquet Club, pools, and international restaurants.
Diriyah Company Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo said: “This sales launch marks another significant milestone in our ongoing development of the Wadi Safar master plan.”
The release added that Diriyah will contribute approximately SAR70 billion ($18.6 billion) by 2030 to the Kingdom’s GDP, create nearly 180,000 jobs, and be home to an estimated 100,000 people. It will also include modern office space for tens of thousands of professionals in technology, media, the arts, and education, as well as museums, a university, the Royal Diriyah Opera House, the Diriyah Arena, and approximately 40 world-class resorts, hotels, and restaurants. The Wadi Safar development will also feature the Royal Golf Club, with its Greg Norman-designed championship course, and the Royal Equestrian and Polo Club.
