Russian Embassy Members Visit Monuments to Soviet Army in Different Parts of DPRK

Pyongyang, August 19 (KCNA) -- Members of the Russian embassy here visited the monuments to the Soviet Army in different parts of the DPRK from August 16 to 18 on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Korea's liberation.
Minister-councilor Vladimir Topeha and other members of the Russian embassy laid flowers before the monuments to the Soviet Army in Wonsan, Sinuiju, Uiju and Tongnim and paid tribute to the martyrs.
Meanwhile, members of the Russian consulate general in Chongjin laid bouquets before the liberation tower and graves of fallen fighters of the Soviet Army in Chongjin City. -0-
