347 new kindergartens open in Kyrgyzstan last year

Bishkek, Feb.10, 2026. /Kabar/. In 2025, the coverage of preschool education in the country amounted to 51 percent in 2,344 kindergartens, or 320 thousand 13 children aged 3-5. Ministry of Education announced at the annual results board.

According to the information, 490 of them are private kindergartens. The number of kindergartens increased by 347 compared to 2024.
