BOJ Not Aiming for Strong Yen, Shirakawa Says

Tokyo, Oct. 8 (Jiji Press)--The Bank of Japan's recent decision to
keep interest rates unchanged was not made with the aim of a strong yen, BOJ Governor Masaaki Shirakawa said Wednesday.
