Hasina said a major success of her trip was obtaining the
Indian nod for allowing its territory for Bangladesh's road
links with Nepal and Bhutan which, she said, ensured regional
connectivity.
"Opposing India is nothing new in Bangladesh we are
familiar with the anti-India campaign since 1954 elections...
it became a habit of some people and we have nothing to do
about it," she said.
Dhaka and New Delhi inked three treaties on security and
terrorism, cross border crime and mutual legal assistance and
two memoranda of understanding on power swapping and trade
links during Hasina's recently concluded visit.
The two sides agreed on several other issues including
offering India the port facilities in Bangladesh in a joint
