Presidents of UAE and Turkmenistan attend signing of bilateral agreement and MoU
Abu Dhabi, Feb 10, 2010 (WAM)- President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Malikgulyyewi Berdimuhamedow, attended in Abu Dhabi yesterday at Al Mushrif Palace the signing ceremony of two Memoranda of Understanding (MoU), covering many fields in presence of HH General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
UAE Economy Minister HE Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, signed the MoU between the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan HE Khoja Mohammedov, signed on the side of Turkmenistan.
Al Mansouri and Mohammedov also signed the MoU on the economic, trade and technological cooperation. The UAE minister signed the air service agreement with Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan for Communications, Transport, Railways, Sea and River Transport and Aviation Affairs.
