"All the 13 public representatives, as a mark of
protest against ToR, ....we are tendering our resignation with
immediate effect. It will be a relentless fight till we
achieve Telangana state," Rao told a press conference.

The Joint Action Committee of Osmania University
students gave a call for a day-long bandh in Telangana
on Saturday to protest against the Terms of Reference.
The Committee, which has been asked to submit its
report by December 31 this year, will have its first meeting
in Delhi Saturday.
The other members of the Committee are Ranbir Singh,
who is the Vice Chancellor of National Law University, Delhi,
Abusaleh Shariff, a Senior Research Fellow at International
Food Policy Research Institute, Delhi, and Ravinder Kaur,
Professor, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT,
Delhi.
The terms of reference said the committee will
"identify the key issues that must be addressed while
