Yemen hunts 60 suspects for kidnapping crimes

SANA'A, May 29 (Saba) - Interior
Ministry has circulated the names of 60 suspects accused of kidnapping crimes, the
crimes of
some dated back to 10 years ago to all security facilities.
The Ministry has directed security apparatuses to deal with kidnapping as strong
and strict as its way of dealing with terrorist crimes and not to tolerate with in
any kidnappers.
Kidnapping as one of the terrorism's aspects and hijacker is as dangerous as
terrorist, the ministry said, asserting on this basis, kidnappers must be dealt
with.
Kidnappers will be hunted throughout the country until they are taken to court to
receive they just penalties, the ministry asserted.
The security apparatuses have waged a relentless war since mid-2008 against the
crime of kidnapping and their perpetrators, bringing the number of arrestees in
connection
with kidnapping about 140 suspects until May.
