Foreign Minister to visit Iran
(KPL) Mr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, will lead a high ranking delegation of Laos on an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran on 1-2 August. The visit is in response to the invitation of Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki.
Mr. Thongloun and his delegation will also attend the 15th Non-Aligned Ministerial Conference, which is scheduled to be held inTehran on 29-30 July.
According to a source in the foreign ministry, on the way back home Mr. Thongloun and his delegation will visit the United Arab Emirates to see the economic development zone in Dubai.
