Azeri FM to join Fourth Regional Economic Cooperation Conference on Afghanistan

Baku, November 2 (AzerTAc). The Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elmar Mammadyarov, today has started a working visit to Turkey. Mammadyarov will reportedly address the Fourth Regional Economic Cooperation Conference on Afghanistan slated for November 3 in Istanbul.
