‘New seaport complex in Azerbaijan to be up to world standards’

Baku, November 4 (AzerTAc). All infrastructure in Azerbaijan must meet world standards and have long-term importance, President Ilham Aliyev said at a groundbreaking ceremony for the Baku International Trade Seaport Complex.
The Head of State pointed out the new port will allow successfully solving transport security problems, making Baku the modern and big transport hub in the Caspian basin, deepening cooperation among Caspian nations and operating East-West transportation corridors at full capacity.
