CEC chief meets head of CIS observation mission
Baku, November 6 (AzerTAc). Chairman of Azerbaijan`s Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov met head of CIS observation mission Sergey Lebedev.
Mr. Panahov said all measures were undertaken to provide transparency of the electoral process. He said over 48 thousand observers were registered and webcams installed in 500 polling stations. CEC Chairman said every condition will be created for observers to monitor elections in the country.
Mr. Lebedev praised conditions created for the observers. He said 351 observers will monitor elections in different regions of Azerbaijan.
