Parliament-2010 election monitoring coalition observes 80 constituencies

Baku, November 7 (AzerTAc). A total of 3087 observers of the Parliament-2010 election monitoring coalition is watching the voting process in 80 constituencies.
Of them 2909 are observers for polling stations, 162 for constituencies, 16 for the whole country while 125 are backup observers.
