`The voting is up to European standards`
Baku, November 7 (AzerTAc). The voting process was held in line with European standards in the polling stations, said member of the Estonian Central Election Commission Tellomon Kadri.
Kadri pointed out people are free to choose their candidate.
According to him, there are 8-12 observers in Azerbaijan`s polling stations against 3-4 in Estonia.
International observers said it is unnecessary to use additional equipment to monitor elections.
“I saw a normal conduct of elections. In my opinion, use of web cameras is not important. Estonia does not use such devices,” he said.
