Conference on prospects of peaceful use of nuclear energy wraps up in Baku
Baku, November 10 (AzerTAc). A conference “Prospects of peaceful use of nuclear energy” dedicated to the centenary of eminent scientist Mirkazim Malikzade has ended in Baku.
The event was organized by Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies and Institute of Radiation Problems.
Scientists from Russia, Iran, Uzbekistan, Pakistan and Korea delivered more than 50 reports.
A `roundtable` on state of nuclear science in Azerbaijan and its prospects was also held.
