Iranian President officially welcomed to Azerbaijan
Baku, November 17 (AzerTAc). Iran`s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has today been given an official welcome to Azerbaijan.
A guard of honor was lined up for the Iranian President at the square decorated with the national flags of the two countries.
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was welcomed by Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev.
The presidents inspected a ceremonial Guard of Honor as an orchestra played the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Iran.
Azerbaijani state and government officials were introduced to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, while members of the Iranian delegation to President Ilham Aliyev.
The presidents posed for photographs.
