Azerbaijani President attends ceremony marking 90th jubilee of State Oil Academy
Baku, November 23 (AzerTAc). President Ilham Aliyev has today attended a solemn ceremony to mark the 90th anniversary of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
The head of State first toured the Heydar Aliyev lecture hall and a history museum.
The President made a speech at the ceremony.
Other speakers at the event included Rector of the Academy, Siyavush Garayev, rector of the Russian State Oil and Gas University after Gubkin, Viktor Martynov, and rector of the Romanian Oil and Gas University, Vlad Ulmanu.
The Academy prepares experts in 24 subjects.
In February this year the President ordered the high-level celebration of the Academy`s jubilee.
