Memorandum of cooperation signed

Baku, November 24 AzerTAc). A memorandum of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia`s Chelyabinsk oblast for 2011-2012 was signed during a visit of the delegation of Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Culture and Tourism. A two-year agreement envisages conducting exhibitions, economic and humanitarian forums, days of culture, exchange students in Azerbaijan and Chelyabinsk.
