Baku, November 24 (AzerTAc). BakuTel 2010, the 16th Azerbaijan International Telecommunications & Information Technologies Conference started in Baku.
Azeri Minister of ICT Ali Nagiyev, deputy minister of ecology and natural resources Firdovsi Aliyev, Azerbaijani resident-coordinator in UN Fikrat Akchura made speeches on development of ICT.
