Azerbaijan, Spain to ink memorandum of sports cooperation
Baku, November 24 (AzerTAc). The Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Supreme Sports Council of Spain are expected to sign a memorandum of cooperation in the field of sports.
The document will be signed in Spain, where Azerbaijani Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov is staying on a visit at the invitation of president of the Supreme Sports Council Jaime Lissavetzky.
The Azeri Minister will leave then for Frankfurt, Germany to attend the 1st congress of World Azerbaijani Youth on Friday.
The event will be held as part of Azerbaijani Youth State Program.
During his visit to Germany, Rahimov will also attend the Azerbaijani Scientific and Cultural Week events in Berlin on the occasion of opening the department of history of Azerbaijan in Humboldt University.
