Argentine firms “keen” on cooperation with SOCAR

Baku, November 25 (AzerTAc). “Argentina`s oil firms are interested in cooperating with the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan” said the country`s Deputy Foreign Minister Alberto Pedro in a meeting with vice-president of the SOCAR for Refining David Mammadov. He provided information about his country`s companies specialized in pipeline operation and field development.
Mammadov, for his part, spoke about the history of oil production in Azerbaijan.
He highlighted achievements and energy projects implemented.
Mammadov also underlined the importance of the “Contract of the Century” which was signed in 1994.
