OSCE summit in Astana to ‘give impetus’ to Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement
Baku, November 29 (AzerTAc). An upcoming OSCE summit in Astana will give an impetus to settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict, said Herbert Salber, Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre at a press conference.
Salber noted the summit provides an opportunity for settlement of long-standing conflicts.
“Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia will attend this summit, and a step forward will be taken in this event on improvement towards resolution of the conflict.”
Salber underlined the conflict sides should make a decision themselves, but the OSCE can only help them.
