Seminar-training “Administrative courts – international and national experience” wraps up in Baku

Baku, December 1 (AzerTAc). A two-day seminar-training “Administrative courts – international and national experience”, which brought together about 30 judges and lawyers, has ended in Baku.
The event was organized with support of Azerbaijan Lawyers Confederation, Ministry of Justice, Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Council of Europe, Germany Foundation for International Legal Cooperation of Federal Ministry of Justice.
The seminar participants heard presentations on “Germany`s court system – administrative courts”, “Rights of the administrative courts”, “ Rights and obligations of the sides”, “Conducting of the judicial sitting and hearings” , “Appeal”.
