Azerbaijan`s ICT sector growth rate to make 30% by year`s end, minister
Baku, December 6 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s minister of communication and information technologies Ali Abbasov said the growth rate of the country`s communication and information technologies sector would make 30% by the end of the year.
According to the minister, the overall growth rate in the ICT sector was 33% in the first nine months of the year.
“A recent report by the International Telecommunication Union ranked Azerbaijan among top ten countries in terms of ICT development over the last five years. And we will maintain this rate next year,” said Abbasov.
