Azerbaijan honors European Court`s decisions
Baku, December 10 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan has improved appropriate legislature of country with a view of maintenance of the execution of decisions of the European Court”, Fuad Alaskarov, head of the law enforcement bodies department of Azerbaijan President`s Administration, said at the international conference dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the European Human Rights Convention.
Analysis of the decisions adopted by Azerbaijani judges shows that the judicial law of the European Court is of special place in the judiciary practice in Azerbaijan.
To this end, relevant reforms were conducted in the country`s judiciary to protect the human rights and freedoms. The legal reforms being conducted in the republic show that all necessary steps are taken for implementation of the European Convention.
