Baku hosts symposium on musical instruments of Turkish-speaking nations
Baku, December 16 (AzerTAc). An international symposium on musical instruments of Turkish-speaking nations started in Baku.
The event was co-organized by Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Culture and Tourism, International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) and Azerbaijan State Museum of Musical Culture.
Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfaz Garayev told of significance of the symposium in studying culture of the Turkish-speaking nations.
The symposium participants will discuss a role musical instrument in development of culture of Turkish-speaking nations, restoration of the forgotten instruments and other issues.
