Lithuania poised to expand cooperation with Azerbaijan
Baku, December 17 (AzerTAc). Lithuania intends to develop cooperation with Azerbaijan in the context of OSCE chairmanship since January 2011.
Top officials from Lithuanian are planned to visit Azerbaijan in the first half of 2011, Lithuania` ambassador Kestutis Kudzmanas said.
“It is about official visits to Azerbaijan of President Dalia Grybauskaitė, Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius,” the diplomat said.
The visit of speaker of the Lithuania`s parliament is slated for 9-10 February.
Foreign Minister of Lithuania Azubalis will arrive here in a couple of months in a capacity of OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
