Baku, December 21 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s FM Elmar Mammadyarov will participate in a meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Council of Foreign Ministers in Istanbul, December 22.
A wide range of issues, including current state of relations among the ECO member countries, security and others will be discussed at the meeting.
