Kiev hosts juniors wrestling tournament in memory of Azerbaijan`s national leader
Baku, December 26 (AzerTAc). The Ukrainian capital of Kiev is hosting a second international juniors freestyle wrestling tournament commemorating Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev.
The tournament brings together over 200 wrestlers from Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Moldova.
The tournament is organized by Oleg Krapivin, head of the Congress of Azerbaijanis of Ukraine`s Kiev branch, in collaboration with the Heydar Aliyev Ukraine-Azerbaijan Center for Education, Science, Culture and Sport, and Ukraine`s ministries of science and education, youth and sports and the country`s national Olympic Committee.
The tournament brings together over 200 wrestlers from Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Moldova.
