Turkmenistan names new ambassador to Azerbaijan
Baku, December 27 (AzerTAc). Turkmenistan has appointed its ambassador to Azerbaijan, according to the Press Service of Turkmenistan`s President.
Toyli Komekov will take the post in accordance with a decree by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow.
Under another presidential decree, Toyli Komekov was bestowed the rank of extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador.
Prior to his appointment, Komekov worked as deputy foreign minister of Turkmenistan.
