SOCAR and TPAO boost cooperation
Baku, December 28 (AzerTAc). Chief of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev met head of Turkish TPAO Company Mehmet Uysal, SOCAR press-service said.
Mr. Abdullayev hailed cooperation with TPAO on the projects Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli, Shah Deniz and Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan.
Uysal updated Abdullayev on foreign projects carried out by TPAO. According to him, the Turkish company closely monitors the projects of SOCAR in Azerbaijan and Turkey and shows great interest to them.
SOCAR president informed on the achievements gained in oil and gas, oil and chemistry industries as well as and ongoing investment projects in Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine and other countries.
Heads of the two companies also discussed prospects of future cooperation.
