EBRD and IFC to become Rabitabank shareholders
Baku, January 2 (AzerTAc). The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) will become this year shareholders of Azerbaijan`s Rabitabank.
Head of EBRD office in Azerbaijan Francis Delay said they agreed with the management of the bank about it.
Both institutions will have 25 (12,5-12,5) percent of shares.
