Tehran to establish weekly Iranian handicrafts market
TEHRAN,Jan.6(MNA)-- A new market offering Iranian handicrafts and traditional arts will open under the title “Thursday Bazaar of Art” at Tehran’s Raazi Cultural Center next Thursday.
The weekly market will be open from 10am to 8pm aiming to encourage artisans in producing handicrafts and helping familiarize people with traditional art.
A variety of arts and handicrafts including carpets, kilim, embroidery, inlaid works and woodworks will be available at the market.
Raazi Cultural Center is located on Kargar St., near Raazi Square.
