Second round of Iran`s subsidies payment slated for mid-Feb.
TEHRAN, Jan. 10 (MNA) -- Iranian managing director of the Subsidy Reform Organization stated that the second round of payments will be carried out in mid-February.
Some economists and research centers had predicted a surge in the inflation rate after starting the subsidy reform plan, but in many cases prices have even declined, Behrouz Moradi said.
The implementation of the subsidy reform plan began on December 19, in line with a directive issued by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
