New well drilled at Pirallahi field in Azerbaijan

Baku, January 12 (AzerTAc). Oil Rocks Offshore Drilling Works Office of SOCAR Complex Drilling Works Trust has started drilling of the fourth well from the platform 1100 at Pirallahi field in the country. The project depth of the well 1102 drilled to Girmaki Suite totals 1100 meters. The well will be commissioned on March 2011 and operated by Absheronneft OGPD. According to the geologists, the daily output of the well will make 7 tons of oil. Totally 14 wells are planned to be drilled from the platform 1100.
