Azerbaijan`s President heads to Latvia for state visit
Baku, January 16 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today left for Latvia for a state visit.
At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the Head of State was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chief of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.
