US Natural History magazine highlights ancient flora and fauna of Azerbaijan
Baku, February 1 (AzerTAc). The Natural History, magazine on science and nature aimed at the general public, formerly published by the American Museum of Natural History in New York, has published an article on the remains of fauna and flora locatd in the Binagadi settlement in Azerbaijan`s capital.
The story features the geological history of the territory our scientists estimated to 190 million ago old.
It highlighted the archeological finds discovered in Binagadi. The similar La Brea Tar Pits cluster exists in Los-Angeles, USA.
