SOCAR boosts cooperation with World Bank`s GGFR

Baku, February 3 (AzerTAc). SOCAR formed a partnership with World Bank`s GGFR (Global Gas Flaring Reduction) since 2008 in order to remove the air widening disposal. Some projects have been carried out in this field by SOCAR`s Ecological Department and World Bank.
Ecological Department of SOCAR was provided with instrumental measurement devices for the measurement and definition of gas volume emissions.
Flow measuring devices, the structure of wheel, Anemometer, measuring pressure, thermometers and more were given to the Department.
Partnership envisages theoretical and practice trainings for working group of SOCAR`s Ecological Department by GGFR`s experts. Experts will visit Baku in May.
