Barazani, Palestinian FM discuss bilateral relations
Erbil (NINA) – Head of Kurdistan region, Massoud Barazani, discussed on Saturday, Feb. 5, with Foreign Minister of Palestinian Authority, Riyadh al-Maliki, bilateral relations and means to develop them.
In the meeting, Maliki delivered a message from Head of Palestine Authority, Mahmoud Abbass, to Barazani expressing the Palestinian gratefulness of Kurdistan region’s stance in support of the Palestinian case.
For his part, Barazan pointed out to the historic relations between the Palestinians and the Kurdish people, asserting the through out their struggle the Palestinians have always been supportive of the Kurdish case and in return the Kurds have always been supportive of the Palestinian case.
He clarified that the gates of Kurdistan region are wide open before Palestinian investments, expressing readiness to facilitate the works of Palestinian investors.
