Memory of Khojaly genocide`s victims to be honored in Saudi Arabia
Baku, February 13 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Saudi Arabia will organize a commemorative event to mark the 19th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.
On the eve of the genocide`s anniversary, a corner of books and materials featuring the tragedy will be launched at one of the conference halls in Riyadh. In addition, documentaries are planed to be demonstrated on the Khojaly genocide and Armenian terror.
The Azerbaijani Embassy gave information on the tragedy to member states of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, Saudi Arabia`s Foreign Ministry, embassies of foreign countries and representations of international organizations in Riyadh.
The events to be arranged on the Khojaly genocide will bring together officials, media representatives, members of the Azerbaijani and Turkish communities in the country.
