PRESIDENT INSTALLS SIX CONSTITUTIONAL PROSECUTORS
Jakarta, Aug 16 (ANTARA) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono installed six constitutional prosecutors at the State Palace here on Saturday.
The six prosecutors who took oath before President Yudhoyono were Jimly Asshiddiqie, Akil Mochtar, Maruarar Siahaan, Abdul Mukthie Fadjar, Achmad Sodiki, and Maria Farida Indrati.
President Yudhoyono installed them as constitutional prosecutors based on three Presidential Decrees No.59B/2008 which was drawn up on August 4, No.71E/2008 which was drawn up on August 15, and No.72B which was drawn up also on August 15.
Present at the installation ceremony were among others Vice President Jusuf Kalla, First Lady Ani Yudhoyono, Ms Mufidah Jusuf Kalla, Transportation Minister Jusman Syafi'i Djamal, Law and Human Rights Minister Andi Mattalata, Minister/State Secretary Hatta Rajasa, and Supreme Court chairman Bagir Manan.
