Series of events to commemorate Khojaly genocide`s anniversary to be held in Izmir
Baku (AzerTAc) - A series of events to commemorate the 19th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide will be held in Turkey`s city of Izmir.
On February 23, an event will be co-organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation`s representation in Turkey, Azerbaijani Consulate in Istanbul and Azerbaijan Culture Circle in Izmir.
The participants will be informed about the savageries committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis.
A protest rally of Azerbaijanis in Izmir will be held on February 26 as part of the Justice for Khojaly campaign. The rally participants will call on the whole world to recognize the Khojaly tragedy, one of the gravest crimes of the 20th century.
