Protocol of intent to build French school signed in Baku
Baku, March 1 (AzerTAc). The Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the French Embassy in Azerbaijan, the State oil company of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Education have today signed a protocol of intention to build a French school in the country.
The document was signed by President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, French ambassador to Azerbaijan Gabriel Keller, President of the SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev and Education Minister Misir Mardanov.
Under the protocol, the educational plan of the French school will start from kindergarten and will correspond to the classic French model used in the 12-year institution of general education.
The education program will be carried out in the French language.
The French government will recognize the school certificate.
Alumni of the school will have opportunities to pursue their education in any higher education institutions of France.
