TURKSOY introduces joy of Novruz to USA

Baku (AzerTAc) - The International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) will organize Novruz celebrations in the United States, the organization`s Head Office in Ankara said.
Festivities featuring press conference, concerts and banquets will be held in Washington and at the UN headquarters in New York.
Harvard University in Boston and Johns Hopkins University in Washington will host conferences on the history of Novruz Holiday.
The festivities will round off with concerts at the Lincoln Theatre in Washington and Central Square in Los-Angeles.
TURKSOY also organized celebrations in Strasbourg and at UNESCO`s headquarters in Paris.
