Azeri musicians perform in Moldova
Baku, March 9 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani music was presented by People`s artist of Azerbaijan, tar player Ramiz Guliyev and laureate of international competitions, conductor Ayyub Guliyev in the 45th International Music Festival “Martishor” in the Moldovan capital Chisinau.
The festival brought together popular musicians and bands from 20 countries.
Ramiz Guliyev accompanied by the Moldova Symphonic Orchestra played pieces of music by Azerbaijani and Moldovan composers in the opening ceremony.
The Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Ayyub Guliyev performed on March 5. The concert was co-organized by the Nika Foundation, International Humanitarian and Cultural Cooperation Foundation and Azerbaijan Embassy in Moldova.
The State Television and Radio aired live the concert of Azeri musicians.
Director of the State Philharmonic Hall Svetlana Bivol presented the 70th jubilee emblem of the Philarmony to Azeri musicians.
