FIVE KILLED AFTER CAR PLUNGES INTO RAVINE
Boyolali, C Java, Aug 22 (ANTARA)- Five killed after their Daihatsu Hijet car plunged into a ravine after passing the Pule bridge here Friday, a witness said.
The dead already identified were Agus Hermanu Adi (43), his wife Larni (39), and their little daughter Nia Hestiana (9 months), while Arif Herniawan (8), son of Agus Hermanu, survived.
Another dead victim was the car's driver, Agus Tega (34), of Sungai Bambu village, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.
Two other dead victims were still unidentified, witness Slamet Winarno (40) said, adding that one of them was an old man.
Fire torched the car soon after it plunged into the river, he said.
The police were still trying to indentify the other two dead victims.
